A to Z April Challenge – K

unnamed (1)

Today is Day K of the April A to Z Challenge. There are hundreds – okay thousands!  taking part – amazing! Be sure to check out the website.

My theme is art quote cards by famous people..The cards are 4″ by 4 1/2″,usually  with a gelli print background, a used stamp of the person and a quote by them. It is an ongoing project.

K is for three exceptional people:

Helen Keller

“Helen Adams Keller was an American author, political activist, and lecturer. She was the first deaf/blind person to earn a bachelor of arts degree.” ( Wikipedia). An amazing woman!

  1. I love that quote from Helen Keller. It’s actually hanging on the wall in my office/study. She was such an inspiring person who overcame some serious obstacles. A great example of the life well lived–as is Martin Luther King Jr.
