Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup of book bloggers hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week, the topic is “Books on My Spring 2021 TBR”
At the start of each season, I enjoy creating a must-read list of books for the coming season, as well as a vision board of what I hope to accomplish.
Even though I make the lists with good intentions to read them all, I seldom do. From last year’s Winter TBR list, I read 4 out of 10. I take part in several reading challenges (eg.PopSugar and 52 Books, 52 Weeks challenges, are my favs) and usually end up reading other books to meet these challenges. But, there are several books I am looking forward to reading this season, some from the previous list and some I have been waiting to get hold of.
Here is my list:
Books on My Spring 2021 TBR
Books I Own and still haven’t Read:
The Deadly Hours -anthology. including Susanna Kearsley
What You Wish For by Katherine Center
A Better Man by Louise Penny
Becoming by Michelle Obama
And – Library Books I have on hold and have been waiting (impatiently) for:
Archangel’s Sun by Nalini Singh
Children of Virtue and Vengeance by Tomi Adeyemi
A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas
Wild Sign by Patricia Briggs
Tools of Engagement by Tessa Bailey
Crazy Stupid Bromance by Lyssa Kay Adams
Crazy Stupid Bromance looks fun. My TTT list
Thanks Anne. I hope so. Happy reading!
I listened to Becoming on audio and thought it was fantastic. Children of Virtue and Vengeance is sitting on my shelves, waiting to be read too. Happy reading 🙂
My Spring TBR.
I’ve had Becoming for awhile – really must get to it asap. Happy reading to you as well.
I found Crazy Stupid Bromance to be the weakest of the series so far, I’d be interested to see what you think of it. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/upcoming-readathons-and-spring-tbr/
Thanks Stefani. I’ve enjoyed the series so far – it will be interesting to see how it compares. Happy reading!

Thanks Lydia. I’ve heard nothing but great things about that book. Must get to it. Happy reading
Tools of Engagement sounds cute. I loved Fix Her Up and need to finish the series now.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
Thanks Aymee. I enjoyed Fix Her Up as well. Enjoy your spring reading!
Becoming was really good, I hope you enjoy it. I was a little disappointed with Children of Virtue and Vengeance, it definitely had middle book syndrome!

Thanks. It is always a challenge when you read a series – will the later books be as good a s the first. Happy reading
Yes, especially when it comes to the second book in a series, if the first book has set such high standards, it’s often hard for a second book to meet them.
You have so many great books on this list! I loved Center’s book. Bailey’s and Adam’s too. I hope you do, too!
Thanks for the recommendations. I’m sure I will. Happy reading!
Looks like a great list. I have read Crazy, Stupid Bromance, Becoming and What You Wish For. I enjoyed them all, and hope you do as well Beverley.
Thanks for the recommendations Carla. Looking forward to reading them.
The Deadly Hours anthology sounds good- I’ve been wanting to try Huber’s books.
Thanks Greg. Some great stories in the anthology, especially Kersley’s. Happy reading
