Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup of book bloggers hosted byThat Artsy Reader Girl. This week, the topic is “Books on My Fall 2021 TBR” – as fall begins this Wednesday. Summer is almost over.At the start of each season, I enjoy creating a must-read list of books for the coming season, as well as a vision board of what I hope to accomplish.Even though I make the lists with good intentions to read them all, I don’t often do. I usually end up reading other books to meet the challenges that I am committed to (e.g., Pospsugar, 52 Books 52 Weeks are 2 of my favourites). But there are several books I am looking forward to reading this season, books that have been on former lists or that are on my TBR shelves. I am determined to read these books this time – once and for all! Here is my list:Books on My Fall 2021 TBRThe Deadly Hours, an historical anthology including Susanna KearsleyGlass Houses by Louise PennyFive Little Indians by Michelle GoodBecoming by Michelle ObamaA Man Called Ove by Fredrik BackmanHe Hate U Give by Angie ThomasInto the Abyss by Carol ShabenThe Road by Cormac McCarthyThe Book of Longings by Sue Monk KiddAs You Wish by Cary Elwes
I have read six of these and enjoyed them all. I just got the audiobook of Five Little Indians so hope to get to it this week if possible. I hope you are able to get to all of these, Bev, but we all know best laid plans and all that.
I’m actually listening to GLASS HOUSES right now! It’s got an interesting premise and I’m really enjoying it. The Inspector Gamache series is one of my all-time favorites.
Love your list. I want to read The Deadly Hours and The Hate U Give, too. Hope you get to enjoy all these.

Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
Thanks. I’ve started it and enjoyed it so far. Unfortunately too many library books have interfered with finishing it.

Thanks Carla. I know about those best laid plans. But really need to finally read them all.

I so agree Susan. I got my hubby reading the series and I have to hurry and finish the series before he gets to this one.

A great list! I hope you enjoy reading them all.
I recently listened to Five Little Indians. I thought it was amazing! Same with As You Wish and A Man Called Ove.

Thanks for the recommendations. I’m sure I’ll enjoy them.
I’ll bet that Elwes book is fun! And Louise Penny seems to pop up a bit- that looks good.
Penny is an excellent writer – lover her series.
