September Reading Round-Up

rdg-roundup-001

Once again, we are at the end of one month and beginning a new one.

September has sped by. My hubby still has the original small hole, still being packed and bandaged almost daily, but he developed another point of seepage resulting in a 4hour visit to emerg on Monday, with the doctor enlarging the hole. Will it ever end? He’s back on antibiotics, just to ensure there’s no infection.

It’s time to share what I have been reading this past month.

The total read for September was 37 books with the following breakdown:

Fantasy /Paranormal –4

Romance – 12

Women’s Fiction – 3

Historical romance – 4

Non-fiction – 5

Pix books – 6

MG – 2

Graphic Novel – 1

I continue to record in more detail where the books originated – from the library, on my TBR shelves (bought/gifted or won) or an e-book. Here’s the breakdown

Library reads – 22       TBR/owned books –2        E-books –13

Favourite Reads

My overall favourite read of the month was Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

Looking Ahead to October

I need to keep working on reading more books for The Popsugar and 52Books 52 Weeks Challenges and definitely read more of my own books!
